We are looking to recruit for an experienced forward thinking HR candidate to join a well known established firm in Manchester with over 40 years of history.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of HR we are looking for a forward thinking HR professional who has really strong people vision and values. You will be responsible for managing a client base of approximately 120 employees, to begin with which has plans to grow. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the business working with a key member of the Senior Leadership team (CEO level). You will be required to partner the business in a range of activities including organisational design, change management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, talent & succession planning programs, and coaching and developing our leaders. The role will involve you providing a strategic insight using data to help support thinking and ensuring that people are at the centre of decision making. The business is really forward thinking and looking for a fresh approach in terms of solutions and ideas.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate must be experienced in an HR (4 years+) capacity and must be able to demonstrate their ability to build really strong relationships with senior level stakeholders.
Must have a really good vision and values and have a fresh approach when it comes to providing solutions.
