HR Transformation Manager - Insurance
A global financial services organisation is looking for an HR Transformation Manager to join the HR team, reporting in to the HR Director. This role will work closely with the HR Director to manage a number of HR transformation projects.
- You will work directly with the Executive / Leadership team regarding HR Strategy & Projects, dealing with confidential information therefore credibility, discretion and the ability to be consultative in style is very important as you will operate as deputy to the HRD.
- Your role will drive HR transformation projects from a PMO, Project Management & Communications perspective, also drafing the content of high profile board reports, business cases, presentation materials, projects and comms plans.
- You will also be responsible for supporting the HRD with diary management partaking in all key HR project meetings & day-to-day activities.
You will be an accomplished internal HR Project Manager or a HR Transformation Management Consultant who is looking to make an internal move. You may also be an HR BP who has had extensive project related experience. You will have operated within a global matrix financial or professional services organisation. Degree and / or CIPD (preferred). Powerpoint & Excel skills and well as a track record dealing with HR Leadership (preferred).
