Our client is looking or a Reward Analyst to join their busy North Bristol HR function on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract initially.
Our client is a market leading Financial Services organisation based in North Bristol, within easy access to the M4 and M5.
They have a large HR function and are looking to strengthen their Reward Team.
The role of the Reward Analyst will include but will not be limited to:
- Working within the Reward team focusing on remuneration and benefits, including bonus and insurance schemes
- Salary benchmarking and review
- Analysing data and reporting to the senior management team
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Various ad hoc projects
The chosen Reward Analyst will display the following skills and attributes:
- Previous exposure of a similar role
- Strong understanding of flexible benefits
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous exposure to Financial Services or similar (not essential)
