Your new role
Working in a busy and driven team of Recruitment Partners, you will support your own designated client group within the Corporate Services function, working collaboratively with Hiring Managers to attract high calibre talent to the organisation. As an experienced Recruitment Professional, you will oversee the beginning to end recruitment life-cycle including; carrying out effective briefing meetings with managers, establishing bespoke sourcing strategies and assessment methodologies and participating on interview panels where required. Additionally, it will be a fundamental part of your role to analyse and identify current and future workforce plans, to support the business with their ongoing needs and growth ambitions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring extensive recruitment experience within a fast paced environment, where you can demonstrate excellent relationship building and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. You will be a hands on recruitment professional with commercial acumen and a sense of urgency, in order to manage a high volume and varied workload of campaigns.
