Global Reward Specialist
Global Reward Specialist, Warwickshire £45k to £50k base + bens
Exciting role working for fantastic charity based in Warwickshire. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and acting as a specialist partner to the UK and all overseas offices you will be responsible for leading and developing a revised Reward strategy that enables us to deliver our strategic plan.
This will include leading a global project to review how we reward our people, in support of attracting and developing strategic talent and developing required professional capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and creating an effective reward approach and coaching/supporting others in its implementation. This will include benchmarking, pay progression and leading on the design and creation of professional grade maps etc. This exciting and influential role will cover the UK as well as seven overseas offices; therefore, flexibility on international travel will be essential.
We are looking for an experienced Reward professional who can demonstrate experience of designing and implementing pay and benefits structures globally in alignment with organisational objectives as well as experience of job evaluation and grading systems in support of professional career growth. You will have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, presenting ideas and concepts to non-reward specialists. You will have ae degree or equivalent specialist qualification that recognises the extent of required knowledge
