Learning and Development Manager
A Learning and Development Manager is sought for an exciting expanding digital brand . Our client is looking to recruit a commercial and strong minded L & D manager to design and implement a broad suit of programmes, and to engage with 3rd party partners across - Leadership Development, Grad and Early career dev, online behavioural programmes and the Apprenticeship Levy.
You will work hand in hand with the business to identify requirements and design a bespoke yet entirely fit for purpose L&D provision. You will identify and manage the tender process for suppliers to deliver external Learning initiatives.
The successful candidate will have expertise in training and design plus a commercial background in Learning and Development. Potentially CIPD qualified and the ability to inspire confidence across a complex organisation is crucial. Above all else you will be able to display true innovation and expertise in the L&D field and a collaborative ability to implement new ideas and methods.
