HR/ Payroll Administrator, West Hull, Permanent 34 hours per week

Hays are working on behalf of a well-known organisation in west Hull area who are looking to recruit a HR/Payroll Administrator with the confidence to adapt quickly and hit the ground running. This is a permanent role - 34 hours per week.
Your new role
The HR Administrator will play a key role in the day to day running of the HR department by giving administrative support on all generalist focuses. You will maintain innovative HR best practice at all times and be responsible for recruitment admin, supporting senior members of the team, training support, answering queries and monitoring absence. You will also be responsible for processing payroll.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be professional and proactive with previous experience of similar responsibilities. You will be a confident and clear communicator with excellent IT skills. You will be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages and ideally have previous experience of working within a HR department.
