Junior Recruiter - Newcastle

6 Month temporary role

£110-day rate

We are looking for a junior recruiter to join a large professional services firm, working as part of their graduate recruitment team. You must be a confident communication who is able to develop great relationships across multiple universities. You will be working closely with a senior recruiter to build their brand and attract their next generations of graduate talent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing several recruitment events including graduate recruitment fairs
  • Promote and build our clients brand
  • Manage recruitment trackers and assign with ROI reporting
  • Support in social media campaigns
  • Conducing interviews
  • Manging the end to end recruitment process for several recruitment projects

This role is a great opportunity for someone who either has experience in a recruitment, events or marketing, to grow into this recruitment role. You must show enthusiasm for our client's brand, be confident at communicating across all levels and have an excellent drive to learn.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain their first role in recruitment.
