Compensation Specialist required for 6 month contract - financial services client based in London
Your new company
A financial services company based in Central London are recruiting for a Compensation Analyst to join them on a minimum 6 month contract.
Your new role
You will report into the Head of Reward Delivery, and the main focus of the role will be to deliver complex Group reward Analysis, reporting and bonus modelling. You will support the roll-out of the Career Framework initiative by providing market pricing and assist in the process of globally grading positions throughout the organisation.
You will work closely on the remuneration cycle and ensure data integrity at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have bonus modelling experience, ideally within a financial services business, although the client can be flexible. You will have been through at least 2 remuneration cycles. You will have excellent numerical and analytical abilities as well as advanced Excel. You must be available on a maximum 1 week notice period.
