HR and Learning Administrator - £25,000-£30,000 - Central London

Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen working as an HR and Learning Administrator for a leading global financial services firm based in Central London. In this role, you will be reporting to the HRBP.

Your new role
In your new HR and Learning Administrator role, you will be providing central support to the HR and Learning services team. Your HR responsibilities will consist of administering the entire employee lifecycle including offer management, pre-employment screening, on-boarding, producing HR letters, updating and maintaining the HRIS, and liaising with payroll to communicate employee changes. Additionally, you'll have further Learning responsibilities including: maintaining the LMS in relation to training allocation, liaising with external Training providers, and acting as the first point of call for all L&D-related queries.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR and Learning Administrator role, you will have experience across both HR and L&D disciplines, working in an administrative function. You will have experience overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, and crucially, will have experience using a LMS to track, and maintain all employee learning information. You will have excellent attention to detail, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferably, you will have gained your experience working within the financial services sector. Fluency in Mandarin is desirable.
