Your new role
The HR Manager will lead a small team responsible for delivery for a comprehensive HR service across the Central England region. The HR Manager act as a point of escalation for the HR team and lead on complex employee relations cases including investigations and tribunals. The HR Manager will be responsible for change management programmes including restructuring, redundancies and TUPE. The postholder will also be responsible for organisational wide project management. Frequent travel across the region will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner with very strong employee relations and change management experience. Previous team management and project management experience is essential. Candidates will be values orientated and be able to build effective working relationships with people at all levels across the organisation.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £36,000 to £41,500 plus benefits
