An Interim HR Advisor role in Surbiton for 6 months, paying c£30K pa covering secondment

Your new company
A services organisation in Surbiton. Due to secondment. an HR Advisor is required for 6 months.

Your new role
With the support of a remote Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting c100 employees on site with full HR remit, from administration through to employee relations and recruitment. You will be comfortable operating in what is effectively a standalone role with limited support. You will be required to build strong relationships quickly in a small environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be comfortable in a standalone role and be experienced to Advisor level or above. You will be available for late October.

What you'll get in return
c£30,000 pa, on site parking.
