Our client is an international insurance provider who are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their UK HR team.
The L&D Coordinator will work closely with the Head of L&D and the executive team to support a range of learning solutions. This will include programme coordination, budget management, identifying learning strategies etc.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach to learning and exceptional stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with Cornerstone & Sharepoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Able to build effective relationships with internal clients and external suppliers.
- CIPD qualified or working towards one.
