An exciting Recruitment Coordinator role has arisen working for an ambitious and forward thinking Global Investment Manager. In this role, you will be working in a small team, reporting into the Recruitment Manager.
Your new role
In your new Recruitment Coordinator role, you will be supporting the high-volume, end-to-end recruitment function. Once the vacancy opens, you'll have huge involvement in the process; liaising with external agencies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer and candidate feedback, through to assisting with the offer and on-boarding process. You'll be working on upwards of 40 roles simultaneously in this fast-paced environment, and will be supporting multiple business areas from entry-level, to senior hires.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have experience working in an In-house Recruitment Coordinator role within the Financial Services sector. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring accurate scheduling and organisation. You'll have handled a high volume of vacancies across multiple business areas, and will have experience supporting the end-to-end recruitment function. Furthermore, you will have exceptional senior stakeholder management, and have the ability to talk to individuals of all levels of seniority.
