A large public sector organisation based in Nuneaton. Due to an increased workload a temporary HR Advisor is required for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Your new role
The HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive HR advisory service across the organisation. The post holder will manage a large employee relations caseload to include disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and investigations.The HR Advisor will liaise with occupational health and TU officials, as well as coaching managers on best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Advisor with strong experience of complex and volume employee relations caseloads. Previous experience within the public sector, NHS or healthcare sector would be highly advantageous.
