Learning & Development Manager (1 Year FTC)
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our charity client based in North West London.
They are seeking an established L&D Manager to join them for 1 year (possible extension) to lead their L&D function.
As well as covering all business as usual you will also be tasked with:
- Provide internal L&D consultancy
- Implement our new L&D strategy which is based on the 70/20/10 model
- Lead and/or support organisational development initiatives, specifically those around GDPR, Digital Transformation, project management and the roll out of SharePoint
- Deliver the annual plan
- Work with L&D (Volunteering) Manager to build capacity for e-learning and other digital innovation in L&D
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in project work as well as business as usual.
Salary is £44k and the ideal candidate will be able to interview and start as soon as possible.
