Reporting - Termination - Transfers - Location Changes - Expiry Reports
Administer, liaise and assist with the graduate recruitment intake process
Prepare letters of support (e.g. ILR)
Process return of Visa Extensions / Applications to employee and ensure HR Systems are updated
Provide Coverage with advice and solutions to immigration queries
Keeping abreast with legislative changes and assisting with advising on the impact within the business
Managing and responding to a high volume of queries from employees - both basic and complex
Annual reporting to Home Office relating to promotions and salary increases for visa holding employees
Verifying, reviewing and stamping payslips and other documentation required for application submission
Assisting Security team with queries relating to right to work checks and start dates
- Project work as and when required
Previous immigration experience is essential, as are excellent attention to detail and advanced excel skills.
Private sector experience is desirable.
