Role: Diversity & Inclusion SpecialistIndustry: TechnologyLocation: West LondonSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 dependent on experienceMy client are a global Fintech business in the City who are looking for someone to come in and lead on their Diversity & Inclusion. Working closely with the HR Director, you will lead on delivering the D&I programme which is a this board approved focus and is being rolled across the entire business. You will have one direct report to focus on the metric and date side of D&I, and lead on rolling out the strategy presented by the HR Director. You must have the confidence and ability to push back when needed, and be creative with ideas and input. Being able to work self-sufficiently is key for the position and you would ideally have experience in a standalone or small team. A key focus for the business is looking at gender and disability, which will include looking at flexible working patterns and courses for women, mentoring programmes and identifying development and succession planning for those who need it. You will be a serial networker who is eager to learn and bring new ideas to the table. You will have the ability to make things happen and think outside of the box when it comes to new initiatives.
