Recruiter for global professional services
A highly reputable, global professional services organisation is looking for a proactive Recruitment Advisor with strong stakeholder management skills. This is a 360 role, delivering a first class service to both candidates and stakeholders alike. You will demonstrate your understanding of the market, undertaking searches, utilising internal resource, mapping candidates and building pipelines. Working with your key stakeholders, accountabilities include:
*Full 360 ownership of the recruitment process, demonstrating a strong understanding of trends and knowledge within your market sector to guide the business in recruitment strategy
*Working closely with the stakeholders and the hiring managers to understand the needs of the business
*Direct sourcing of candidates, market mapping, building talent pools, facilitating assessments, managing agency relationships and screening candidates
*Ad hoc project involvement
Skills and experience
*You must have previous RPO, in-house recruitment or agency experience within financial services or professional services
*You must have experience of direct sourcing, are confident with technology and be delivery focused
*Knowledge of core assessment and selection tools
*You will have strong relationship management skills, be well organised and adaptable to changing needs
*Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
