HR Operations Manager
A wealth and investment management business based in London City, are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join on a 12-14 month FTC. This is a really interesting challenge and an exciting role for an experienced HR Operations specialist who can join with vision and will to improve processes and support the business with all aspects of HR administration and process. The role will be to manage a team of 6, (3 based in London and 3 based in Newcastle) and will be to bring the team with them through change and transformation. The role will require looking at current processes with fresh eyes, establishing what is needed from both a manual and electronic point of view and make improvements. The role will also include the rollout of a brand new system, Success Factors. In addition to the role will be assisting with the roll out of SMCR regime in December 2019 and delivering accordingly. The role requires financial services experience and the knowledge of regulatory requirements.The role requires an experienced Operations manager that has experienced a big change piece within HR technology and processes and who can help streamline. A flexible, personable, confident and delivery focused individual is essential for the success of the role and the success of managing the team and taking them on the journey to delivery.
