Morgan Hunt are delighted to be exclusively representing this SME based within International Development in their search for an HR Manager to cover a full generalist remit.
The culture in the organisation is so strong that they have good staff retention and have shown steady growth over the past decade or so, starting as a small organisation moving to SME status.
They work with a number of high profile INGOs and Foundations across the Globe including some major household brands as well.
The team is small, one direct report who is an asset to the organisation and has the ability to step up and take bigger responsibility as and when required.

The role covers a full generalist remit, you will manage the Global HR delivery which will al with the wider organisations goals and strategy. You will have first hand sight of this whilst you report into the MD directly.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working within International Development
- Working within a small to medium sized business or NGO
- Full working knowledge of a generalist remit including recruitment and L&D.
- Managed a small team
- Be able to work in a proactive way by building strong virtual stakeholder relationships.
An understanding of how Programmes and Entities work
