Learning and Development Coordinator - Falkirk
12 Month FTC
£22,000 - £25,000
We are looking for a learning and development coordinator to join a growing biotechnology firm based in Scotland. Reporting into the learning and development specialist you will be supporting the training needs for around 400 employees.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • The coordination of all learning and development activities
  • Ensuring all employees are up to date with their training needs
  • Recording and monitoring the training requirements of employees
  • Manage the L&D budget and ensure all payments are processed
  • Assisting with the transition to a new learning management system

The ideal learning and development coordinator will have:

  • Previous experience within a learning and development position
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills
  • You will be able to manage conflicting priorities and have a passion for L&D
