Your new role
Working as part of an HR team you will have your own caseload to look after including absence cases, issues with performance, conduct and behaviour. You will also pick up on various HR projects and support with HR policy development when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have operated in an HR Advisor role previously ideally within the public sector but this isn't a deal breaker.

What you'll get in return
A temporary role until March 2019 initially, candidates looking for both full time and 4 days a week will be considered.
