HR Business Partner
Partnering with the senior leadership teams, you will engage and influence on a range of HR issues and provide solutions and recommendations that demonstrate deep understanding of the business objectives and challenges.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead on projects, considering business priorities and context ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
- Take accountability for procedures and policies.
- Be a key figure for the HR function within the business and act as a true business partner, developing strong relationships with key individuals and stake holders.
- Lead multiple ER cases and matters on an on-going basis.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will be a strong HR generalist with a broad understanding of wider HR areas e.g. reward, Resourcing and Learning and Development. You must be able to demonstrate excellent skills in successfully engaging, influencing and working across a diverse audience and you will have proven success of taking ownership of projects and delivering change.
