Interim Head of Reward - Up to £800 p/d

Annapurna HR are working with a financial services firm in the city on an Interim Head of Reward role.

My well-established client are looking for someone with a background in financial services to lead there reward function over the course of the next 6 months. The role will require someone with experience with FS regs and rem co as this will be the lead position in the bank with ownership for delivering and presenting.

You will have management responsibility for a team of 3 who will support in terms of delivering the annual review processes, to be successful you will have ideally had management responsibility in previous positions.
