HR Assistant job in Sheffield, to start ASAP

You will be working for a busy large local company in Sheffield. The job is HR Assistant, you will work at the companies Head Office. The company have an excellent reputation in the local area and are an employer of choice.
Your new role
You will be working in a busy, large HR team, with lots of support. This role will initially be for three months helping them through a busy period. Your role will be to sit within a large team taking first line HR support calls. You will advise on the companies sick, maternity and holiday period. You will answer all basic queries, answering where you can or escalating more complex queries to the HR Business Partners. This is a fast paced, busy role for three months
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of delivering first line HR support and advising on sickness and general HR policies. You will have worked previously within a busy HR team and will be able to hit the ground running.
