Leading technology company has an opportunity for an EMEA head of HR.

This company is one of the UK's best and most successful technology stories over the last 10 years and has an exceptional opportunity for a talented head of HR to join as the deputy group HR director.

The candidate will have strong experience in an international matrix environment. Excellent experience in organisations undergoing change. Excellent broad generalist experience. Excellent experience in managing a team. Strong experience in managing across a business stakeholder group to executive level.

This role would be the natural successor to the group HR director, and would be an entrepreneurial person with the ability to innovate as well as deliver within a growing transformative environment.
