You will be joining a global transportation company at their office based in central London.
Your new role
You will be supporting the Payroll and Benefits Manager in a generalist capacity. Your responsibilities will include assisting with all HR activities and acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries. You will also be involved with employee learning and development events. You will also have the opportunity to take on ad hoc HR projects. You will also be required to travel outside of London 1 day a week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly organised and have a pro-active 'can do' attitude. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels. You must have previously worked in a high volume HR capacity before and supported senior stake holders with the business.
