HR Process, Project and Change Consultant, global role
Global Professional Services firm going through an exciting period of change, based in the City of London, is seeking an experienced HR Process Specialist to be part of the HR Operations team. This is a newly created role where you will play an instrumental part in their change programme. This is a fantastic career opportunity!
*Mapping and developing HR processes, ensuring consistency, standardisation, alignment and integration
*Liaising with the Global Shared Services team in Europe & HR Business Partners
*Process improvement & efficiencies
Essential skills & experience:
*Experience of having worked with an HR Shared Services team
*Strong relationship and project management skills
*Lean six sigma, Prince 2 or equivalent qualifications or experience an advantage
*Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
