Recruitment Business Partner
This is a varied and challenging Birmingham based in-house recruitment role. Our client has constant challenges around attracting and recruiting staff at all levels and so you will be a key player within their HR function. You will be the lead HR professional responsible for delivering their operational recruitment needs.
You must have proven experience as an in-house recruiter along with:
- Direct sourcing capabilities and the ability to add value to the selection processes. We are looking for individuals with experience of interviewing, shortlisting and selecting candidates as opposed to simply managing applications and hiring managers.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience of recruiting for both high volume and niche/bespoke vacancies
You must enjoy the challenge of managing end to end Recruitment Campaigns, be able to thrive in a busy HR team and have the ability to work well as a self managing/autonomous Recruitment Professional.

Salary - Up to £35,000 + car allowance (there will be some travel across the country) & benefits.
