Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Oakleaf Partnership have a superb opportunity for a Diversity and Inclusion Manager. Reporting to a Head of Diversity and Inclusion, this role will give you autonomy to lead on various projects and help this leading Professional Services firm to develop an innovative Diversity and Inclusion function. Key responsibilities include providing planning, structure and leadership to groups and communities within the firm, using data analysis to identify key trends both in the firm and externally. As the successful candidate you will: have proposed and led diversity programmes and initiatives across a complex multi stakeholder business areahave experience of suceeding within complex business environmentshave a genuine passion and enthusiasm for diversity and inclusion;be able to quickly build relationships at all levels and influence, persuade and coach;have a strategic mindsethave excellent knowledge of D&I best practices and links to HR practiceshave experience of working in international teams/environmentsbe analytical and able to assimilate large amounts of information and databe organised and efficient, able to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesbe technologically savvy, including a good working knowledge of IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office applicationsbe educated to first degree level or equivalent.
