Your new company
A data security organisation based in Basingstoke. Due to business growth, an Interim HRIS Administrator is required for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
As HRIS Administrator you will perform various tasks including updating internal databases, keeping employee records and educating users on how to utilise systems.
You will provide a variety of administrative tasks, creating accounts and updating employee records. You will process employee data like leavers and benefits, creating regular reports from the data available. You will serve as the contact for technical support of HR systems including troubleshooting and technical issues. You will also support the wider HR team carrying out general admin duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with database administration and Human Resources Management software. You must be an advanced user of Excel, utilising V-lookups and pivot tables.
