HR Systems Assistant
Are you analytically-minded, and interested in how systems and people interact? Do you have great people skills? Why not work for a leading global law firm in their HR System team?
You'll support the team with day to day maintenance of the HR systems, helping them run reports and roll out new features globally. You'll look after the team inbox and and anwer employee queries. You'll help to produce training documents and deliver training to employees on how to get the most out of the system. You check the system data for accuracy regularly, and run regular and ad-hoc reports.
You will need good Excel skills (including pivots and VLOOKUP). You'll need to have great attention to detail and pick up new skills and information quickly. You should have an interest in Human Resources and be technically-minded. You could come from a generalist HR background and want to develop your HRIS experience, or you could be a recent graduate from a numerate discipline with some corporate experience, looking for an entry-level role.
This is a fast-paced international law firm and you'll need to be able to work quickly and efficiently. You'll be dealing with senior stakeholders from day one so confidence and relationship management skills are key.
