Temporary L&D Assistant
A temporary L&D Assistant job for 12 months, paying c£13.50 per hour supporting training and performance.
Your new company
A global Technology organisation in Basingstoke. Due to growing requirement, an L&D Assistant is required for an initial period of 12 months.
Your new role
Working as part of the L&D team, you will be responsible for course arrangement and administration for the training across the UK.
You will manage relationships with Vendors and utilise the SAP Purchasing tool to create Vendors and POs.
You would be the first point of contact for invoice queries in this field.
As a workday focused organisation, you will be responsible for supporting managers and employees with performance management queries. You will also support with queries on system processes, as well as proactively updating and escalating access requests.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have prior L&D experience in a support capacity. You will be used to utilising HR systems and understand process management. You will be a people first problem solver with fantastic organisation skills.
If you are fluent in French, German, Spanish or Italian, this would also be preferred.
What you'll get in return
