Your new role
The HR Manager is keen to invite on board a HR Advisor that is very passionate about all things HR!. You will report directly to the HR Manager and have great exposure within this role.
The role itself will be a solid HR role and my client is seeking an individual who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all areas of HR for the UK business. This could be assisting with new policies and procedures, getting involved in HR systems, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development.
This role will also manage employee onboarding and the necessary arrangements from new offer letters, drafting job descriptions and interviewing. Maintaining holidays and sickness and working with managers and supporting them in all HR related activities. This role will also be the support network for payroll, working with ADP so familiarity around payroll would be highly desirable. To be clear you will not be running the process, more so ensuring any employee changes are updated and ensuring the correct information is available.
It is envisaged that there is a high potential for the successful candidate to progress through this role in the future.
My client is ideally seeking someone to start in the new year or before but will also welcome an introduction from candidates on a months' notice.

What you'll get in return
My client is offering a base salary of circa £35,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are 9.00am- 5.00pm and there is free parking on site. Offices are based very close to Woking train station.
