Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a HR and Payroll, administration team responsible for ensuring HR foundations are in place with great policies, processes and guidance. You will contribute to the operational delivery of the company Corporate Plan, set and deliver stretching performance measures across the team and develop a culture of customer satisfaction and employer brand reputation.

Description

As HR Services Manager, you will develop an audit ready approach in all areas of the colleague life cycle including (but not limited to), on boarding, induction, probation, reviews, secondments, job changes, maternity / paternity, absences and exits, ensuring all new recruits meet legal requirements, administering the right to work, visa, DBS and other security requirements as well as overseeing our recruitment administration process.

Profile

With fantastic attention to detail you will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 as a minimum expectation. As a great people manager you will have developed a service and achieved success through building relationships and influencing stakeholders and your understanding and knowledge of employment legislation, payroll processes will be second to none.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record in developing, writing and implementing policy, processes and guidance (as relevant), bringing them to life through engagement and collaboration with a wider HR & OD team and be a confident, experienced user of HR and payroll systems (ideally Midland ITrent).

Job Offer

Salary up to 36,700
