Reporting into the Head of Reward this position provides an excellent opportunity for someone to broaden their skills across HR. The role has three main components including Talent, Reward and Mobility. The main responsibilities include enhancing the Talent review process and developing a Job Architecture to support the decision making process, identifying core reward structure requirements across the group and reviewing/transforming the existing global mobility program from a Talent perspective.
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience designing and implementing new reward structures including job evaluation, executive pay benchmarking and developing processes. Experience of writing RemCo papers is desirable as well as developing and managing mobility policies.
