Business Analyst - HR Technology
We are working with a leading Financial Services organisation in Manchester to recruit a Business Analyst to develop Cloud based HR Technology.
You will work within a team to lead on the development, configuration, testing and implementation of new Cloud based HR Technology. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, functional architecture and implementation needs. You will liaise with the vendor and client base and provide guidance on development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation. Once you understand what the technology can do you will look to maximise and extend its capabilities.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate that you are a technical business analyst with experience in cloud based HR technology. You have strong experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT/HR professionals and good interpersonal skills. It is desirable that you have a a qualification in a relevant discipline, or the equivalent level of experience. Finally it is advantageous to have worked within securities or financial services industries.
