My client is a leading data services and tech firm based in London City urgently seeking a specialist HR Shared Services Project Lead to join their team to support during the Shared Services transformation - globally. You must have experience in using Visio and Nimbus to an advanced level.

This role will be part of a wider process team that is responsible for creating and operationalising new optimised global HR Shared Services processes within the employee lifecycle. The focus of the role is to design standard processes, document detailed procedures and develop all supporting materials.

* Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent

* Around 10 years' experience in process design within an HR Operations environment

* Experience in using Visio and Nimbus to an advanced level

* Demonstrable experience on HR Systems (Workday, Case Management, Knowledge Base, HR Portal, Chat Functionality)

* Good understanding of best practice processes in a global HR shared services environment

* Experienced in capturing information at a fast pace (e.g. producing process maps live during workshops)

* Proactively be able to identify opportunities for improvement

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Highly competent in facilitating a meeting and taking notes simultaneously

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
