A highly reputable, global professional firm with a strong brand is looking for a Graduate Recruiter, responsible for managing the junior talent recruitment process. This is a great opportunity to work in supportive and friendly team, within a values driven business and utilise your experience.
Reporting into the Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager, accountabilities include:
*End to end recruitment of junior talent into client groups across the UK, responsible for the candidate pipeline, assessment centres and offer generation
*Management of University relationships and campus activity
*Project management of strategic programme initiatives
*Involvement in the design of marketing and attraction materials
*Managing relationships with key business sponsors, HR, Marketing and vendors
*Working closely with the International Graduate Team
Skills and experience
*You must have previous experience as a Graduate Recruiter within professional services or financial services
*Strong knowledge of the UK academic system and established working relationships with Careers Services
*Ability to think strategically whilst proactively delivering hands on results
*Experience of running campus diversity initiatives preferred
*You will work well under your own initiative, are self-motivated and demonstrate strong organisation skills
*You will demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Strong experience with MS Office
What's on Offer
