Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a progressive and growing company who are looking to hire a payroll professional to manage their entire payroll and pension process.

The Basics

  • Location: North London (Near Highbury)
  • Job title: Payroll Manager
  • Salary: £30,000
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full time

This is a pivotal role for the organisation, you will be responsible for providing a proactive and effective monthly payroll service as well as managing the company's pension.

  • Manage the preparation and processing of the end to end monthly payroll (in-house)
  • Responsible for the consolidation, preparation and submission of annual and other returns (P35, P11d, PSA etc)
  • Implement processes, procedures and controls and ensure these are followed and maintained as the business/system evolves
  • Responsible for the consolidation, preparation and submission of annual and other returns (P35, P11d, PSA etc)
  • Run all payroll reports
  • To keep up to date with relevant regulations/legislation and determine the impact of any changes

Experience of using Cascade would be an advantage but not essential.
