A global law firm based in the City of London is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR team.

Reporting in to the Head of HR, you will operate in a broad strategic and operational HR Business Partner role working closely with your assigned client groups (fee earners and business services populations). The award winning HR team work very collaboratively together and they have a number of HR projects to implement while also managing the annual HR processes supported by the specialist teams such as Learning, Recruitment etc.

You will be an accomplished HR Senior HR Business Partner ideally operating within another global law firm or professional services organisation. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and operational role and for managing an HR team (Manager, Officer & 2 Coordinators). Degree and / or CIPD preferred.
