Macildowie HR are working exclusively with an organisation based in Warwickshire to source an Employment Law Consultant in an organisation where the employees are engaged and very proud to be part of the organisation! We are looking for an experienced and confident employment law professional to join their large team to provide high quality advice both on the phone and face to face whilst working in a large team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own diary with an opportunity to work from home on occasions and have excellent training. The Employment Law Consultant is based in Warwickshire and the role is paying £33,000 - £38,000 p.a.

Reporting into the Head of Employee Services you will advise on employment law and support businesses in reviewing, updating and drafting bespoke employment documentation such as contracts of employment, handbook policies and settlement agreements. We are looking for a confident and upbeat individual who has experience of working with clients both face to face and in person.

In addition, you will be required to support the Head of Employee Service in the membership sales process by networking and developing effective business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EL professional who is keen to develop whilst to managing your own diary, with an opportunity to work from home on occasions.

This role is based in Warwickshire with national travel 2 -3 times a month.

We are looking for a confident professional with proven experience of providing an employment consultancy service to clients and experience of dealing with employment law queries. You will need to have a good understanding and comprehensive working knowledge of legislation alongside of having the ability to address issues and problems and offer appropriate solutions. This role may also suit a qualified solicitor.
