HR Business Partner
My client, a multinational digital business transformation company, with over 60 offices around the globe, which uses creative and innovative technology to accelerate businesses growth, is looking for a HR Business Partner for their London office.
The HR Business Partner will work closely to support the London office. The successful person will partner with managers and leaders to create and implement people programmes and solutions that drive business results and development in a vibrant business environment.
- Partner with leaders to create and implement solutions to further develop client groups.Partner with People Managers to in career growth to enable growth to the full potential of the teamsCollaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans.Supporting the growth of more junior teams.
- Experience of working at a HRBP level requiredRelationship building skills at all levelsExperience of coaching and developing a collaborative working environmentAnalytical, strategic, problem solving
