My client, a multinational digital business transformation company is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their London office on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will support the global finance department and report to the Global HRD.

The successful candidate will partner with the CFO to create and implement a people programme that drives business results and development in a vibrant business environment.

Key responsibilities:

    Partner with leaders to create and implement solutions to further develop the client groupPartner with People Managers to in career growth to enable growth to the full potential of the teamsCollaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans.Supporting the growth of more junior teams.

Experience

    Experience of working at a HRBP on an international levelExperience of working with a finance client groupRelationship building skills at all levelsExperience of coaching and developing a collaborative working environmentAnalytical, strategic, problem solving
