Global Reward Manager
Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global healthcare business based in Maidenhead recruiting for a Global Benefits Manager (with a small amount of compensation work) to join the team. Reporting into the Director of Global Reward, you will be responsible for driving and delivering on the benefits strategy on a global basis.
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to have a core specialist knowledge on global benefits, and also the successful candidate will have a good knowledge of compensation to support on an ad hoc basis.
Working closely with the director of Global Reward, and the broader team, you will take a lead on all aspects of global benefits. It is essential the successful candidate has operated on an international basis with an understanding of the nuances of the different territories. You will be responsible for the benefits design and implementation, leading on benefits comparability and market analysis. You will manage the relationships with benefits vendors and act as the escalation point of employee issues. As part of this role you will manage the annual enrolment and renewal whilst supporting the broader reward function.
