Oakleaf Partnership are representing a true powerhouse, luxury fashion brand based in central London. Our client is looking for a standalone total reward professional with good HRIS expertise to join them.

As Reward and HRIS Manager, you will be owning the reward offering for the fashion house, reporting directly into the Chief People Officer. You will be working closely with the CPO to ensure the reward strategy is aligned with the people agenda. As this is a standalone opportunity, the successful candidate will need to be competent at both the operational and strategic elements of the role. You will have some support for the shared services function which you can also utilize.

Your key responsibilities will include the management of the annual salary review, developing compensation packages for both the corporate and retail staff, working alongside the CPO you will be instrumental in creating variable commission and bonus schemes for retail and corporate employees. Additionally. You will be overseeing the benefits offering for the fashion house, and will be responsible for improving this offering on a global basis. As part of this role, you will also be responsible of the collection of salary benchmarking date, and developing appropriate positioning of new roles through using Hay methodology. As the Reward and HRIS manager you will also be leading the global annual HR budgeting processes.

This role will have a reward bias to it, however as part of this position you will also be responsible for leading global HRIS projects. The successful candidate will have Workday (or a similar system) experience and will be comfortable with project managing HRIS projects. You will be responsible for the design and build of reporting dashboards, and global roll out of HRIS tools and projects.
