Were seeking an HR Systems Officer to work as part of the project team implementing the HR and Payroll system. You will support the Systems Manager with a variety of technical project work related to the HR systems including implementing data migration, process mapping, configuration and workflows, testing, updating documentation and user testing and training.
You will be skilled and passionate about HR Systems, highly competent in the technical aspects of how HR systems work and are configured with experience of creating processes/workflows. You will need to have significant experience of maintaining & Developing HR systems and processes. Ideally you will have had experience of a large scale HR systems implementation project handling data migration, testing, workflows and configuration and then roll out training. The priority of this role is the ability to update/engage with the system about the workflows and process to enable the implementation of the new system for go live.
This is a fixed term contract initially until July 2019
