This is a newly created role within a media/tech SME based in Warwickshire. As their HR Advisor, you will input massively to the implementation and development of their new people plan

You will work within a small HR team who deliver to 500 staff in this SME and report into the HR Business Partner. The HR team are moving into a new, more strategic direction and have created this role to support ongoing projects in addition to BAU generalist activity.

This is a very collaborative team and you will work closely with the HR Business Partner. There is a big focus on employee engagement here and we are looking for someone who is passionate about facilitating this within an exciting, creative environment.

We are looking for:

Prior experience as a HR Advisor, ideally within a similar environment (Media/Technology).

Strong generalist experience, working operationally across the full HR remit.

A passion for employee engagement

Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including senior managers
