HR Operations Manager
Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Telecommunications Business based in London to recruit a HR Operations Manager on a permanent basis.
This role will be responsible for managing the Global HR Operations. You will look after all relevant projects including HRIS programmes, annual salary reviews and the bonus process.
You will support with salary reviews, performance reviews and benchmarking. Your role will also improve current HR Operations and processes ensuring best practice.
Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and trends, report this back to the board to ensure company are competitive within the market.
Manage GDPR processes and deal with any queries relating to this.
Review HR processes to drive automation within the HR function.
Ad-hoc projects such as internal and external audits.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, senior management and 3rd party vendors.
Strong HR Operations background.
Previous experience to HR process improvement and HR shared Services.
Proven stakeholder management.
